I have long wished for a healthy fast food option - life doesn't always allow the preparation of a meal. I know it's not new, but I have "discovered" Chipotle Grill. Most importantly, I can use their calculator in advance to know exactly what I am going to get and what it's going to "cost me."

I can get a great Burrito Bowl with chicken, black beans, sauces etc, even Sour Cream, and keep it under 500 calories and feel like I have had a good meal. The black beans give me a fair amount of carbs, but much less than rice.

If I were strictly low carb I could get chicken and steak and still be close to 500 calories. Try the calculator. It's the best online option for calories. We are now making these concoctions at home and trying to use Chipotle proportions. We eat healthy and save money.
