Two months laid off - and working on the ranch! weight losss since lay off is about 3 pounds - inches even better! I may have to behave myself now, because I have been imbibing too much on the drinking. Hasn't affected the diet because I am so active.
Pain level is due to labor,but I should not rely on a drink to take away the pain.
Still, I am doing well in spite of stresses here at the ranch and with family.
