I really want to be under 270 and past another mark into the 60s. The little goals help me stay focused. Does anyone know how I can reset my goal to something closer so I can use smaller goals? I'm only on the app on my phone I might have to log in on the computer.
my knees messed up because I've been working everyday, standing for 7+ hours. One of the reasons I really need to get this weight off! so I haven't been exercising :( hopefully my eating and the working will be enough!
