this may be hard to beleive but my doctor who also my counsellor told me i could eat whatever i wanted for one day.i wish i had not listened to him i had to get a lot of exercise and weights in so do not gain weight.

I think you will find that your 'cheat day' will kick in your metabolism and you will actually see a big drop in weight in the days following. This can help you when your weight plateaus; you cheat the diet by eating more carbs for a day and trick your body out of starvation mode (when it is conserving energy). Many dietitians recommend a cheat day once a week for this reason (just don't go over-board with it).
