aced my midterms and surpased my weight loss goal for the month so I allowed myself a bit of a "cheat day" even though I barely made it past 1500 calories. I only had two slices and a few wings. usually I'd eat an entire pizza...or two. lol. I learned moderation. woohoo everyone have a great weekend.
