1435 kcal Fat: 49.47g | Prot: 91.75g | Carb: 162.88g.   Breakfast: Bananas, Quaker 100% Whole Grain Oatmeal, Coffee with Cream, Astro 2% Plain Yogurt. Lunch: Ryvita Sesame Rye, Sesame Oil, Light Tuna Fish (Drained Solids In Water, Canned), Mayonnaise, Baby Spinach. Dinner: Mushrooms, Carrots, Baked Sweetpotato (Peel Not Eaten), Roasted Potato (Fat Added in Cooking), Hellmann's Real Mayonnaise, Pork Loin (Tenderloin, Cooked, Roasted). Snacks/Other: Olives (Jumbo-Super Colossal), Coffee with Cream, Blueberries, Oranges. more...
