so i allowed myself my first but of fast food today. id been craving it so badly so I gave in and had some chick fil a. (don't worry. it was only nuggets) and weirdly enough, I remember it tasting a lot better before. like I ate it, but it was seriously not as delicious as I remembered. which is great because that means my effort to make an actual life style change is working.
id rather "reward" myself with frozen yogurt loaded with fruit or a sushi dinner than fast food. I'm feeling super proud of myself.
