Down 11.2lbs for the month of Feb. Down 91.4lbs. total for 18 months that I have been eating low carb high fat. Feeling so much better. My knees and feet are no long sore and aching all day. I no longer have all the heart burn and acid reflux I had. I am off one of my high cholesterol meds I was on and am hoping to be off or at least a lower dose of the other one by summer. Want to lose another 40lbs or so and I am confident that I will do that by the end of the year. Keep going everyone it can be done. Find the way of eating that fits you and stick to it.
