Wednesday, November 4, 2009: Not weighing today. Afraid! Another day not paying attention and therefore overeating. Also, too busy to exercise. It's not a good excuse, but I was out all day and came home tired. Today will be better.

I agree. Some days are so much harder than others and you might feel like throwing your hands up in the air and quitting. But, stick with it... there will be ups and there will be downs. Do not give up!
