Well today has been one of my worst days. on my way to work i had a car accident, thankfully no one got hurt except for a few bruises but my appetite went couldnt eat breakfast but had loads of coffee unfotunately with sugar.... gym is out of the question for a few days but hopefully things will go better tomorrow and i can get back on track with my eating plan...

I suggest taking a good high protein low carb protein shake. It will help your body to repair itself from any injuries sustained in the accident. It really does help with the body pain. Also the generic voltaren tablets will help with inflammation and pain.
