What's opinions on time to eat if eating one meal a day. I usually eat around 5ish pm but have been thinking about some classes in the evening and don't want to wait til 7:30ish to eat. So then I thought maybe eat around 1-2. I've heard it doesn't matter what time, I've heard it DOES matter what time...

I think it just depends on you. There are people who work during the day so they have to eat at night, and they can lose weight. If you eat a big meal before bed, you don't have time to burn it off, so a person may or may not have problems losing. I think it depends on a whole lot of factors. What you eat is important too. If you can eat before your classes and make it till morning. You might need to experiment to see what works for you. I don't know how you can only eat one meal a day though. I'd be starving, lol Good luck though!

You said you do 1200 cals daily, you do this in one setting? Curious, why don't you split it up? Do you always eat like that?

Oh I forgot to give you my opinion on the time. Are you talking about workout classes? I would say 1-2:00 would be good but if you're used to 5ish that may throw you off so maybe 3?

When I first started January 2015 I was eating 3 meals a day. Over time I started my coffee with coconut oil in the morning, then started Intermittent Fasting. My "rough" time wanting to eat eat eat was in the evenings so I really like eating most of my calories at supper. It really fills me up so I don't snack at night.
