Well, I was down to 119 a week ago and now I am back up. I know that Soda, even diet Soda is wreaking havoc with me, but it is really my one last addiction. I have been switching over to Ice Tea and Propel waters and such like that. I have a really hard time with wanting sweets and there is alot of stress at home and at work, eating because of that. But, I am proud of the fact that I am working really hard on portion control and thinking twice about the fat content and such. Saturday was a bad day because we went out and I cheated badly. But Sunday was alot better. Still ate too much over the weekend. But, will keep trying.
