The second week of my 'lose a pound' a week challenge and I lost a pound. Hooray!

My third week of dieting and I have lost 5 pound in total. I don't feel or look any slimmer but if I keep up the good work then I am sure it will make me feel fitter. Good luck to everyone in your quest to lose pounds.
161.0 lb Lost so far: 5.0 lb.    Still to go: 30.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Diet Calendar Entry for 31 January 2016:
1293 kcal Fat: 29.81g | Prot: 49.71g | Carb: 218.76g.   Breakfast: Flavahans Porridge Oats, No Name Honey, Tea with Skimmed Milk, Tea with Semi-Skimmed Milk. Lunch: Tea with Skimmed Milk, Butter, Tomatoes, Ryvita Dark Rye Crackers. Dinner: Spinach, Baked Potato (Peel Eaten), Fish with Cream or White Sauce, Cooked Carrots, Green Peas (Drained Solids, Canned), Mushrooms. Snacks/Other: Tea with Skimmed Milk, Pink Lady Apples, Trader Joe's Raw Pumpkin Seeds, Rowntree's Fruit Gums. more...

I need to get back on the food wagon!! in 2013 I was 18.5 stone I managed to get down to 14 stones I knew over the last few months I have put some weight back on but i was horrified when I got on the scales and weigh in at 16 stone, calorie counting and back to the gym for me again before it all piles back on again!!!!

Van lee,this is a good place to visit if you want to lose weight .Lots of weight loss buddies to support you if you want them to. Why not join one of the challenges on here. Good luck ,you can do it.
