Well I guess stress is not the best weight lost tool but it seemed to work this week for me. I'll take it for now and continue to walk and watch what I eat. Make smart & healthy food choices...
I need to look it up but I think I just hit a thresh hold weight & I think the number of points I have to eat each just decreased by 2. Kind of sucks but I'm making progress and that's what counts.
149.0 lb Lost so far: 5.0 lb.    Still to go: 34.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
losing 3.4 lb a week
