Hang in there! The last few pounds just never seem to want to let go. Best thing you can do is plan all your meals ahead of time, even if you're heading out to a restaurant. Next best thing is tell your friends and family the plan, so that if you're tempted, they can support you. Lastly, imagine how you'll feel at the end of next week when you're successful. You can do this!

thank you so much. I'm off to pizza hut this Saturday not been in years but have planned healthy breakfast and lunch and will try stick salad and little pasta and one slice pizza ( going to buffet not set meal so unsure what there). we eating before cinema so will at least mean I'm full and no popcorn needed. next week is 2 pub meals Tuesday and Thursday. again planning healthy breakfast and dinners. I wont be adding chips onto meals and Thursday everyone gets a pudding. I will order from kids pudding menu as small portions but I've still had one. i will try increase walking next week. I will also avoid alcohol to avoid added water weight

You're SO close to goal!! What an impressive loss from your start weight! And i hear you on the cold=hungry (pizza sounds amaaazing when it is cold out) but your pre-pizza hut healthy breakfast game plan sounds perfect. Plus, if you go to pizza hut and two pub meals and still maintain -that is a big BIG win in my book. Being so close to goal weight, there is no reason it has to be a race to lose the last few lbs.
