I had VSG surgery Dec 23rd fsted for 14 days beforehand was 277 Nov. 28th Dec. 10th down to 261 aftr surgery lost 1 lb a day now I've started semi solid foods only 1 cup per meal stalled not losing started walking on thredmill & light elyptical I have to get clearance from doctor before I can excersise w/weights like I used to
