Yesterday went over on my calorie intake and I am not worried at all-I had a great day, no cigarette, made healthier choices, GREAT WORKOUT! Tons of energy and I deserved my treat that I shared with my sweet daughter after workout and chores were done. She actually pretends to be my fitness coach when I work out and she loves it, she does stretches with me and uses water bottles as weights when I do my weights. She is right on track with me! She also helps me to hold myself more accountable! I also think it may be teaching her better choices and patterns for her future.. KICK BUTT KINDA DAY!
