Weighed myself this morning and somehow gained like... 4lbs eating a mini homemade pizza last night even though it conformed to my guidelines (I'm partially following ww and going to the gym). Wondering if the lateness of the meal contributed to that but I'm following more female body builder for gym motivation and it's keeping the gym spirit up.
I really love going and getting that workout high though, that's always pretty nice. Definitely pushed some weights the last couple days-- really feeling it in the hammies.
On my way to getting stronger though :)
