ugh!! I went to a women's conference today...it was amazing. GOD was surely in that place. However, I didn't follow my diet at all. Kind of in the care of those holding the program. Chick-fil-a was lunch, BoJangles for breakfast... that's where everyone was going. but I can't blame anyone but me. I think because I was at a conference for women the calories shouldn't count! Wishful thinking. Back on the boat tomorrow.
