I am still using the hcg diet as of now. I began the diet at 167 pounds and I am now down to 145. I have 8 days left of the hcg and then will begin the Atkins diet to maintain the weight I've lost, and hopefully lose the rest I need to. I don't expect to be down to 135 in the next 8 days, so I hope that I can lost it with the Atkins and not have to do another round of the HCG.
My main goal??? be skinny be Thanksgiving so I can pig out on that day...then feel guilty and jump right back into my diet the next day! :)
