delighted. had to accept higher sat fats to get my calories. kept carbs low. sugar levels running great. aic test this week. read newer articles saying sat fats good for you. glad to know this. in three mos will get complete bloodwork & see how mycholesterol is doing, especially with the higher fats. if newer articles are correct shouldnt be any problems
