I am eating by a different set of rules and I thereby consume far fewer calories. Weight fluctuates within a four pound spread, so I shouldn't be discouraged by weighing in, but I do. It is so encouraging to see progress. Getting down to my goal weight will be awesome and then I can just work on maintaining. this is something I have never done before and I hope to be able to do so w/o slipping back into my old habits. DH
