Well, I'm feeling pretty darn good about my weight loss. A guy that I have known for over 40 years who I haven't seen in over four years did not even recognize me!! Overall, I have lost forty pounds, and I'm back to where I was when I quit smoking over four years ago. Now I need to get my head back into this weight loss idea and go beyond that point. I'm feeling better than I have felt in years.... and I know that I'm looking good and feeling really sexy.... what a wonderful feeling!!
