got rid of gluten, fell in love with wheat free bread. I even pulled out my bread maker and attempted to make a loaf of bob's red mill gluten free bread. I will try again soon. I've noticed a difference and a lot less bloating,etc.
175.0 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 3.0 lb.    Diet followed N/A.
