Since starting (over a week ago, m-f, I'm AWESOME on my diet, consistently coming in below my caloric intake for the day, as well as going very good with daily exercise on my days off work. On that weekend, I splurged a bit. Monday, I am back on diet ... I am losing weight (and inches from my belly (thank god.) I need to keep my cheat day to 1 day on the weekend to boost this weight loss and inch loss a bit harder... I HAVE to keep this up and I will continue to lose weight. The nice thing is, I even had wine, and some foods I really wanted through the week while on the diet, and I feel satiated. KEEP IT UP!
