This is Day 2 of fat smash and bootcamp. On Day one I did not follow diet 100%. I cheated with some brownies but I worked out hard yesterday and lost 0.8 lbs. So now that the brownies are out of my system I am ready to do right. LOL! I will extend phase 1 to 10 days instead of 9! Prayerfully I can lose 10 pounds like last time! Workouts have been great this week. The weather in the desert is perfect for working out outdoors. I'm loving it. Sunday mornings will be my weekly goal checkin weighins (say that really fast)

This Sunday morning goal weight is 150
Next Sunday morning goal weight is 145

Let's do this
153.2 lb Lost so far: 0.8 lb.    Still to go: 23.2 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
losing 2.8 lb a week
