Breakfast today : I am pretty routine around either having oats or Greek yogurt and just mix up what is added into the mix. About once a week I do an egg breakfast but today went for an everything bagel, smoked salmon and capers.

It’s been a really long time since I have had a bagel. My preferences have changed to breads with lots of whole grains like Ezekiel or an occasional rye pumpernickel.

I am with you on the grain breads! Ezekiel has gotten so expensive, but all bread has really. Looks good!

Windy I have never been a big fan of sandwiches or foods that need a “”clean bite” because my bite is a little off and I can’t “cut” through without it being a big mess. LOL. I think some bread products can be good for me and when I do have them it’s always something that I can eat without making a mess. LOL.

I totally get that. I tend to have the same issue when it comes to chewier bread that takes a super strong bite to cut thru. I started cutting those types sandwiches into little bite sized triangles. Helped tremendously!

Juju this wasn’t cream cheese. It was skyr that I made from Greek yogurt by straining thru fine cheese cloth over a few days.
