Well, I think I got a little too cocky with the lower weight and have a gain to show for it over the weekend. I'm trying to bring it back down for my weigh in in two days. I'm coming down with a cold again and not feeling well unfortunately, so my workouts may not be happening the next few days.

On the up side, I did run 7 miles yesterday for the first time! My watch was acting up so I don't know how long it took, but it was quite a while, probably about 1 1/2 hours. It wasn't fast. I'm excited to have met that milestone though. I am a little sore today, but not too bad. My October goals are: to reach 133/134, workout 4 days/ week, and reach 8 miles running. All very do-able goals! I met my Sept. goals of reaching 134 and working out 4 days/ week.

Wow! 7 miles! That's fantastic! Maybe I can do that one day. I didn't think I could do 4, but I did. So maybe I can do 5 and more! I hope your cold goes away REAL soon. Good luck with your goals, I'm sure you'll meet them.

Oh that pound goes up way too easily! lol, hey congrats, what a run!! You are RUNNING straight? Im not sure that I can do well on this 5k. well its a walkathon family on too.. but I just don't run miles straight. When I do run, I run fast so I guess Im about 10 min mile. Well, YOU are such an inspiration, and I love your do-able goals, Go get 'em!

You are doing amazingly well, LLF. Those are definitely realistic goals and you'll definitely reach them! You go girl!
