Monday, October 5, 2009: I have been very self destructive lately, eating late at night, eating carbs, eating alone. I just fell right back into my old ways. I haven't weighed my self, but I wouldn't be surprised if I'm back to 167 or 168 after this weekend. Lucky for me, The Biggest Loser is back on television with a new season, and I'm feeling inspired by their progress. So this time I'm going to tape the shows, watch them, and then watch them repeatedly. They're a great motivator. Today -- so far, so good.
