What an awesome way to start the day! Do you blend your coffee & fat in a blender?

I have an immersion blender, which is just a very powerful drink mixer. it will froth up the bulletproof coffee well. The creatine is a carbnite addition. I find that I can't take my supplements very well on an empty stomach so a light bulletproof coffee helps even though my intent is to fast till dinner.

The blender sounds awesome! I've got to invest in a better one. I've been doing the same type of fasting. Well, the fat part anyway. Seems to be working great!
