@AirAngelLifts I'm not calling this a cheat meal because of the carbs. I eat carbs all of the time, because I lift heavy. It's a cheat meal because this ONE meal was 905 calories.

looking at this 905 cal "cheat" meal makes me realize I need to up my game on eating better. looks great btw

Janey mack, I am looking for the cheating here.. all I've got is a very little bit of jam and half a slice of sour dough. Is that the cheat? You have excellent control and discipline, you will go very far my child!!! Best to you!

Geez people!!!! My food diary is public, so for those of you who don't want to make the effort, here's the breakdown. 4 slices of bacon 160 cals, one large slice of sourdough bread 140 cals (it's 2 halves stacked on each other), 1 tablespoon of Kerrygold butter 100 cals, 1 tablespoon of raspberry preserves 50 cals, one whole avocado 260 calories, 2 fried eggs 178 cals and 3 large strawberries 17 cals.

Yafreaka are you being funny or grumpy? I saw it i just didnt do the math. Seemed high to me is all and apparently others.
