SOOOOOOOOOO, UMMMM why didn't you guys tell me that cutting out SUGAR was this hard. OMG, I stopped eating meat, only fish, no problem, I stopped eating fast food, no problem, I stopped eating anything containing, oil No problem, but sugar oooommmmmgggg...I having withdrawal symptoms over here.

The sugar withdrawal gets better at day 5 for me IF I don't cheat. Even natural sugars count so if you're eating fruit, be aware of which are better than others sugar-wise (check the glycemic index, you may be surprised). Hang in there! :)

Lol.... just cut the sugar little by little. Otherwise you will crave it even more. I love my sweets too. But have managed to cut them out moderately. A little treat here and there.

You might try replacing the sugar with some healthier carbs, even if it's from items that have some natural sugars. Like fruits and berries. I make a sorbet from frozen berries and bananas, sometimes add a little yogurt or even one andes mint patty which is only 40 calories if I remember correctly. Very healthy with good fiber yet can have the consistency and satisfaction of ice cream.

My newest secret is the gummies probiotics. I get a sweet and add good material to my gut at the same time.
