1/2 salmon filet baked with habenero tajin. Mixed veg, a teaspoon of bachans sauce. No butter, no oil, took 15 minutes to make, only 10 for the fish. My weekly cal average is great and my workouts are fulfilling. Feeling motivated and happy.
