Day 2 of being strictly back on track! I started my journey March of 2013 at 243 lbs (5'5"), and a size 22-24.I slimmed down to 156 and a size 3-4 (lots of strength training so I'm sure I lots of that was muscle mass). Then, in June of this year I was given 2 rounds of antibiotics months apart that I NOW blame for my cravings which eventually lead to a 20 lb weight gain. I'm not sure why it took me so long to figure this out...smh. I started Smartbiotics Sunday and have doing excellent the past couple of days. I finally feel like I'm gaining complete control again! 😄
