Co-worker told me to throw out my scale after talking to her about my continued exercise/dieting and the lack of change of numbers on the scale! I'm tempted to trust her and just enjoy the fact that my legs are stronger and my jeans are fitting at least that part of me better! Anyway, this is why I still haven't recorded a weight. I'm more fit, I think, and feeling better, but the pounds are still above what I last recorded. When I see a number below 211, I'll record it here! Having some occasional diet splurges... yesterday I stayed home from work with a sinus headache. I was able to get my walk in and then we splurged with Marco's Pizza! I'm the only one in my family who likes Hawaiian pizza, so I got a small for myself... and it was awesome! Of course, I felt like crap all night! Serves me right, I suppose! Anyway, I walked at a little faster pace tonight for 20 min. The goal is to get up to 3.5 mph and for 30 min by next Friday. Baby steps!
