Im still here - checking in. I am coming due for another weigh in. I will do this Sunday morning and that will be 10 days since my last step on the scale. My husband is doing very well with his weight loss. In fact, I have been making sure that he is taking in more calories, since I noticed that he was feeling tired in the afternoons, which was quite out of character for him.
Again we were out to eat a couple of times with friends and found it completely enjoyable and not a bit like we were depriving ourselves. We did tell our friends that we were on a regimen, but now we feel the unspoken accountability and don't talk about it at each meal.
The diet devils would have us feel guilty for the craft beer sampling or the maple soft-serve, which we SOOOOoooo enjoyed. Did I mention that food in general is tasting better than ever, yet we mindfully think about how much we need and how much is going into fuel us.
