My endurance is building and my energy is expanding. I feel awesome day and night. I'm going to be cutting down on carbs starting Sunday because I feel that may help me drop below 180 by mid-week. Only allowing myself to eat boring tasting food is just setting myself up for failure. I have been allowing myself healthy carbs such as: brown rice, whole wheat wraps, and sweet potatoes and it seems that 90 carbs daily is too much. So like i mentioned, I will be cutting down to NO MORE THAN 50 carbs daily. I won't be having rice, wraps, or potatoes this week. I hope everyone has a wonderful day!
