Breakfast number one: Not a regular part of my diet but found some sliced ham in the freezer that needs to be used up. 250 calories. 5 oz roasted potato from freezer. 2.5 oz ham. Remaining blended cottage cheese shown in a recent post. Some sliced green onion.

I think three of my breakfast meals this week had ham. It’s gone now between what I ate and meals for others.
