Sunday I was on 69.0kg :( ... this was after spending a week with niece. Snacked, incl. cake, a burger (gosh!) as well as custard. BAD BAD MOVE!
Today: Im (69.0-66.9 = 2.1kg) Day 3 of my Meat-Free, Junk-Free & Wine-Free Detox Program & jogging. I plan to finish this week at less than 65kg...Lettsssss!! :)
