In need of a little umpf today. Feel like I am dragging. Picked up the pace a bit on the treadmill last night, felt good, its amazing how upping your speed by just 2 can really increase the heart rate!
Hopefully tonight I can rest better and wake up feeling extra refreshed tomorrow.
