First day. So tired of the health issues that started when I gained all this weight. It seems every time I go to the doctors (neurologist; family practice; etc.) I seem to see a bunch of overweight people just like me or frail really old folks. This body of mine is not what it should be and it scares me that just eating too much has made so much pain fiscally and emotionally for me. I'm done with it, I want my body back. 3 years of back tracking to my original weight 145.
