Breakfast comes to 350 calories so far but ill eat again in couple hours to see if I can add a little bit that number. I have a nice dinner planned for the family but want to get the toy boxes organized and tidy. And my tummy cannot hold a lot at once. :)

Knowing oneself is the key to success in any endeavor. I am the complete opposite in that 2/3 of my caloric intake is typically before 2 pm.

Most of my calories are eaten on work days on a five hour window but that's obviously not working ATM with the illness. Normally when I'm off I only would eat one larger meal and a snack but to is not working out well at this time so I need to change my habits for a bit to better fit my bodies current needs versus my preferred eating habits. Also I'm finding that eating itself is making me feel tired and work is ramping up. I've had a really hard time finding a good way to tell my boss I can't do as much as I'm doing for example the audit didn't show up today so we're going to do it tomorrow and now we're going to be going in early so my day will be even longer and harder and will stretch further because I will have to put up all of my truck before the auditors arrive and babysit them because they for some reason can't count even though it's their only job in life. So it'll be my job to babysit them and do all of the things I normally do to make sure that the count all of the product in my area correctly..
