So this is day one. Well, day one - take 100. I didn't realise this site was so awesome. Now that I have actually played around on it I am more motivated.
My biggest accomplishment of the day was driving to the fruit and veg shop and buying ingredients to make a lunch time salad at work rather than the petrol station to buy a sandwich. very pleased with myself.
I also feel full and satisfied which is awesome.
Hope I can stick it out...
