LOVE PB and dill pickles! Have since I was a kid. My favorite sandwich was PB, dill pickles, tomato, and lettuce on rye toast. My niece introduced me to adding hummus and mustard.

I would think by now you'd know I'm generally up for food adventures, honeebuns 😂 A lot of people shudder at the thought, but everyone in my life I've persuaded to try it loved it 😋

WYO I also like a food adventure ! Oddly I can see how that combination would work. Hummus with the tahini (sesame) has a similarity to PB. Once when I made hummus I didn’t have tahini so I substituted PB. So basically this sounds like a hummus sandwich with pickles. The lettuce and tomato are easy add ons. The mustard is where it gets confusing to my taste sensations.
