🫠🫠🫠 just how it goes... barely any loss then suddenly a big drop a week later. keeping at the walking & keeping the diet very very low carb. blood sugars are all good. trying to increase protein consumption
170.4 lb Lost so far: 32.4 lb.    Still to go: 49.2 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
