I just wanted to point out that I'm not on a diet. I've changed my lifestyle permanently, at least where it comes to my relationship with food. I'm basically eating what I intend to eat for the rest of my life -- less of it right now, and a bit more when I reach my weight goal. (9/30/15)
141.0 lb Lost so far: 36.0 lb.    Still to go: 6.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
losing 0.8 lb a week
