Starting completely new eating and exercising regimen on Monday September 28. This will be patterned after the 4 Hour Body Slow Carb Plan by Tim Ferriss. I will attempt to closely follow this plan over the next 4 to 8 weeks and then reevaluate my progress and health status at that time. I have tried this in the past and have had much success with it. Unfortunately I grew tired of the menu and whats worse I returned to my old eating habits. My hope is to improve on those last two steps this time and make this program work long term. We'll see how it goes.
188.0 lb Lost so far: 5.0 lb.    Still to go: 28.0 lb.    Diet followed poorly.
