been a rough couple of weeks... had some significant personal issues which have contributed to some problems with my eating schedule. I am getting my calories in, and I am exercising like crazy, but have not been tracking. I will get back on top of things soon, but for now, I am just trying to be sure that my output is more than my input. I am so grateful for this site and this community! i have a tremendous amount of love for everyone on here and I am behind you all 100%!!!
206.0 lb Lost so far: 35.0 lb.    Still to go: 36.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
losing 2.5 lb a week
