I have been searching for a method to reduce my portions of food and eat better without deprivation or starvation. My goal is to make the smallest of changes that will lead to new habits rather than drastic changes I can not maintain. I have started a new CX class at my gym and am stoked to start lifting more - need to find motivation to continue to run as well! Fall weather should assist with that nicely.

I read something about the time of day really affects weight loss and how eating the same foods just at different times of the day changed total weight loss. SO new ideas, eat more protein, increase fruit and veggie intake PLUS eat 70% of the day's calories in the first half of the day! It's way harder than it sounds because at least for me it's a complete 180 in my eating habits. On the bright side i can pretty much eat whatever i can all morning! Good stuff of course... We'll see how it goes.
