😁 the walking is helping. although someone please tell this to my sore leg muscles (or lack thereof!) 5km daily, 5 days a week, for the last almost 4wks
173.7 lb Lost so far: 29.1 lb.    Still to go: 52.5 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
